走进索泰显卡工厂：老黄的核弹原来是这么造的[36P]

随着AMD Ryzen、NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti等重量级新品的陆续登场，PC DIY硬件市场又活跃了起来，但是你知道你手中的那些板卡都是怎样造出来的吗？
[img=550,412]http://p3.pstatp.com/large/18fa000158ab98c23fa9[/img]今年是索泰品牌进入内地市场的第10个年头，特意举办了一场索泰10周年工厂行活动，邀请了DIY资深媒体编辑、各大贴吧论坛达人、忠实索泰玩家等超过30人参与，一同参观了索泰显卡、迷你机等产品的制造与测试流程。
索泰是全球最大显卡生产商香港柏能(PC Partner)的旗下自主品牌，在广东东莞有三个大型厂区，占地面积庞大，我们参观的主要是A区。
[img=550,365]http://p3.pstatp.com/large/183e0001af87f36a1355[/img]据悉，这片厂区曾经有8000多名员工，现在只有3000多人，原因一是自动化程度提高，二就是人力成本的变化。
首先参观的是显卡生产流程，从一块裸露的PCB电路板开始，一直到最后的成品包装箱，完全流水化作业，其中不少工作都可以由机器自动完成，但也有很多离不开人工，自动化和半自动化相结合。

这一次我们看到的，是一块块GTX 1070 Extreme(海外版)。

我自己用的也是索泰显卡 1060 以前用微星，感觉买索泰更亲民 价格上
