材料:肉眼,红辣椒切粒,洋葱粒,蒜茸,葱花,料酒,盐,糖,胡椒,味精,蛋,生粉.'Qa5UW&Uxh

制作:肉眼洗淨切成长块放盐与味精醃大约30分钟备用.打个蛋加三匙水与一些生粉化成薄浆,将肉块先掛薄生粉蛋浆再过些薄粉,微拍几下,除去外层多余的生粉,大火热油锅,投入肉块微炸三分半钟捞出沥干油, 热锅内留下一汤匙热后,爆香蒜茸,将红椒粒,洋葱粒,葱花放入大火炒香,缵料酒,再将炸好的肉块回锅,加入盐,糖,调味,再炒几下拌匀即可摆盘出菜.[/b]q;f!z-naQlEn
