西红柿酱拌猫耳朵

到厨房看了看还有西红柿,想着有半年多时间没吃猫耳朵了,今天正好有心情就吃西红柿鸡蛋炒猫耳朵.可等我和好面,去冰箱拿鸡蛋,发现鸡蛋也没有啦,再找找冰箱里有朋友给的牛肉干,就凑合着吃了吧——其实非常非常好吃的!

　　猫耳朵算是准备完了,接下来点火,倒油,放点五香粉,倒入牛肉干,炒几分钟,再倒入西红柿,把西红柿用铲子产碎了,加点水、盐、鸡精，煮8分钟关火备用。2S P(l f zI

　　为了合理利用时间，在做西红柿之前，我就准备了煮猫耳朵的水。dr(C7Wsy

　　等水开之后，将猫耳朵下锅，不要盖锅盖，再煮5分钟，千万不要生吃了。
