排骨入味,饭还不能咸了?那就先处理排骨。盐、料酒、少许胡椒、少许老抽码味30分钟,下锅翻炒,待排骨吐油加水烧开,注意水稍微多些,因为一会排骨汤还要烧饭,再下些增香的调味料,调好口味,大火烧开。时间紧迫,来不及慢慢炖咯,转入高压锅高压处理。
