多彩鸡丝
原料:鸡脯肉200g,青辣椒1个,红椒1个(大个的那种),黑木耳20g,香菜一小撮

做法:

1).鸡脯肉洗干净,切小块(不切也可以),放入水里,放入生姜和料酒,煮开后去泡沫,中火再煮5分钟左右,用筷子刺肉的中间部位,很容易就刺穿表示熟了,关火,捞出,等凉了用手撕成细丝
