煮肉的过程简单没拍,凉水放葱姜少许盐放花雕酒(料酒也行)煮7 8成熟捞出用酱油均匀的刷上色。h

葱姜爆香把泡好切碎的梅菜放入锅内,加酱油,白糖,蚝油,料酒翻炒均匀,加高汤烧开。Z]

水烧开上气后蒸40分钟。

40分钟后端出,把汤汁倒出来。
