糖蜜小脆饼
奶油135g,红砂糖150g,蛋50g,蜂蜜75g,中筋面粉300g,肉桂粉1/2小匙,砂糖适量O#f)ZpI(j
1. 將奶油軟化,與紅砂糖打至鬆發變白。

2. 蛋液分2~3次加入作法1中攪拌均勻,拌入蜂蜜,再篩入中筋麵粉和肉桂粉拌勻

3. 把作法2的麵糰搓整成圓柱體,用保鮮膜包好放入冰箱冷藏1小時,冰硬後取出切片,表面撒上細砂糖,放入已鋪烤盤紙的烤盤後,入烤箱上層,以180℃約烤10分鐘即可。$dV4C2Q3UE'~;u/c|
