金银蒜蒸南瓜
平常烧南瓜一般都和肉类同炆,南瓜煮后呈糊状,卖相不佳,多数用来捞饭。这次特意买了略生的南瓜,用金银蒜来蒸,不但简单省时,而且下饭同样一流!

材料:南瓜适量去皮切长方片、蒜蓉2匙、虾干(或虾米)少许泡软

虾干沥干剁碎、蒜蓉用少许盐、糖、鸡粉拌匀 J}9G:E0BV RV

用少许油将一般蒜蓉和虾干碎爆香即为熟蒜,再和生蒜蓉一起拌匀即为金银蒜

将金银蒜均匀铺在南瓜上,用大火蒸8~10分钟,取出浇上适量滚油和生抽趁热吃
