竹芋焖鸭

材料:光鸭一只、竹芋、子姜

香料:八角、桂皮、香叶、茴香、花椒

调味料:蚝油、酱油、盐、鸡精、糖各适量

做法:

1、洗净光鸭,斩大件,切掉肥油,竹芋切厚片;$?VcZ?4F/T.Tg+u
2、烧热锅下鸭块煎至两面金黄盛起,另起油锅下姜爆香,a|;J{@4O'`K
再加入鸭块加水,香料大火焖10分钟转小火再焖30分钟,

加竹芋、调味料焖15分钟后,捞起鸭件斩小块,回锅即成。y:Rl`j1d3p6q
