松花皮蛋去皮后切瓣，蒜切末。*nx1vf`'f'M

夏天到了，这道菜倒是可以流行起来了，放了蒜应该很香，只是蒜+辣椒容易上火吧

在南方吃这个应该不错  南方太潮湿了一点。

这个那个菜系的，好像是南方菜，放的剁椒比较多
