主料:切片年糕150克,猪瘦肉50克,胡萝卜50克,干黑木耳(提前泡发)适量;

1、瘦肉洗净沥干切成小丁,加入少许干淀粉与料酒拌匀;泡发的黑木耳去蒂洗净切碎,胡萝卜也切成小丁,红泡椒去籽后剁碎成末;将适量的生抽、鸡粉、盐、白糖、醋、水淀粉放入小碗中,调匀成鱼香味汁待用;6\&X:o,o3D!|P4_

2、年糕放入沸水中煮至七成熟(约3分钟),捞出沥干;

3、热锅放油,下入瘦肉丁,炒散至变色后舀出待用;

4、锅内再加入适量的油,下入泡椒与姜蒜末,炒出香味后下入胡萝卜丁,翻炒约一分钟后下入黑木耳,炒匀;

把生抽换成老抽。还有就是把盐换成美味鲜可以么?本人吃年糕不怎么喜欢放盐:teeth
