[size=3][font=Arial]第一次做的糯米大肠,绿豆多了,里面不够糯软.建议不要绿豆.

热水泡糯米2小时,水发香菇切碎,腊肠去皮切碎,拌鸡精,酱油和五香粉(味淡),塞进猪大肠里用棉线扎好两头,煲里放姜块,橙皮,八角,酱油和水,将猪大肠中火煲1小时,食之前下油锅炸脆皮.
