烧开水,把鸡放入焯一下,变色后捞起用凉水洗去浮沫控干水,放在一边待用。(私藏了一对鸡腿和鸡翅,留着明天弄新花样,嘻嘻!剩下1/4只鸡一餐足够yt?

4. 再一次融化黄油,放少量盐炒其它配料,最好是根据材料的质地不同依次序放入

我是这样做的:姜末炒香,加入洋葱丁炒到金黄透明,下土豆块拌炒片刻,再入红萝卜块。翻炒均匀后盛出备用。

5. 最后一次融化黄油,放入咖喱粉炒香。先下鸡块,待鸡块都裹上了金黄的咖喱,再加入做法4翻炒均匀。接着放入没过锅中内容的热水(用凉水鸡肉会老),加盐,鸡精调味烧开后小火煨制,中途可以根据口味放少许酸奶或椰奶。(主要是为了中合咖喱的辛辣,也可不放)等到锅中汤汁渐浓,加入做法3略炒即可起锅。Ukx'xgt
