水煮鱼
水煮鱼是很多人喜欢吃的一道菜,出去吃的话,老实说,外面那些水煮鱼的油99.9%都是口水油(就是别人吃过了,餐馆又把那些油过滤循环使用,到底有什么人吃过,还真不知道呢,就怕带病的人吃过)。所以还是在家里自己动手做比较好,又干净又卫生,做得开心,吃得放心 E}{}([C)xQ

开始片鱼,片鱼也很讲究的,菜刀按由头向尾的方向斜向入刀,千万别弄反了,要不鱼肉中的小刺就被切断了,鱼s6eW{(^S$|%n-t

.加料酒,胡椒粉,盐,姜粒,蒜粒,淀粉开始腌制鱼片,至少也要腌半个小时

7.把绿豆芽过水,其实不过也可以,但为了干净点,我还是稍微过了一下水

8.倒油,放入干辣椒,花椒炒一下,不要炒太久,要不会糊了
