·操 作: 1、将泥鳅剖肚去肠后洗净,放盐搓揉去表面粘液,再次冲洗净。

3、锅中放油中大火烧至七成热,下泥鳅(捡去葱、姜不要)炸干水分至呈黄色。将炸好的泥鳅装盘待用。'`QCm2j-{H.y

4、锅中留约半汤匙油,下另一半葱段、姜片炒出香味,加约半杯汤或水,下炸好的泥鳅、一大匙料酒、白糖、酱油用中火烧(不加盖)。

从图上看 出锅的泥鳅真是好诱人啊 晚上在家自己做一下看看

这个香辣泥鳅不错,就是辣椒少了点,要那种红彤彤的泥鳅样子看起来才最流口水了。大蒜什么的也可以放写,去腥味。
