3d+Ge@*C#D 牛肉,里脊肉,切小丁,然后加入调料粉和老抽等,猪肉里脊我放的是椒盐粉,牛肉里我放的是烧烤粉,孜然味挺重的。#F"n/N"Xl-k {

   放入调料后抓匀,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏过夜,这样才更入味。
