茶叶鸡翅

今天中午我在家做了一道鸡翅。以下是我拍的照片和功序。

We5Km0}F7? 材料:鸡翅15个、调料（老抽1小勺（生抽也可以）、盐1小勺（口味清单可以放1/2小勺）、黑胡椒粉1小勺），以上材料搅拌好腌制15-20分钟。 Bo,Z6h0K Fj*OQ
    茶叶50克、糖50克、大米50克。挑个不值钱的搪瓷盆，一会儿就知道为什么了！
c6h1@X4gw}-rz      把饭盆铺上锡箔纸，放上茶叶和调料。再放上一层锡箔纸。放上腌制好的鸡翅。用小火开始烹制，已经25分钟的样子 锅盖上已经有焦印了。味道象烧干锅的。看看好了出锅吧！|Jg@3C2X

很特别呀,楼主怎么不描述一下口味呀?希望能多看到一点这样原创的贴子.

很特别 虽说也是用了茶叶 但是 味道肯定和茶蛋等用茶叶煮过的不一样 我决定明天试一下！

好像做起来很简单啊，不知道是什么口味的，不过看颜色应该很好吃，一定要做一次尝尝！！！

鸡翅和茶叶一起做，头一次见到，要试吃一下。

茶叶跟大米单独放一层?这个茶叶是完全干的么?那它 的味道能完全进去么?不过倒也可以自己先试试看

过程看着很简单阿，不过做完以后的盆子应该很难刷干净吧 呵呵

太神奇了鸡翅还可以这样做，不过锡泊纸不知那里能买到，看起来非常好做，做好后成品也好看，肯定好吃，楼主还真行，很有创意，我喜欢。
