将荷叶洗净,浸软,按碟子的大小裁剪好,底面朝上铺在碟子上vR)OX-um;o:y2p@&I

排骨两边沾上糯米(技巧:可先在荷叶上铺一层糯米然后放排骨在上,剩下的糯米覆盖表面),把腌汁均匀淋上0[-RV_+s0D

盖上碟子用中高火蒸1小时(盖碟子是因为蒸的时间较长避免倒汗水过多,用蒸笼就最好)中途记得往蒸锅里补水

呵呵,看了让人流口水啊,非常的棒!!我吃过一个和这个非常相似的菜,不过是用大闸蟹和糯米做的
