从汤的颜色看来搭配不错,但是做出来感觉不到这道菜的重点。而且,觉得做汤的工序有必要略做调整。苹果经过长时间的煮,其所含的维生素C都被煮没了。还应考虑饮食的营养搭配效果呀!
